Pools and the kids' water park were highlights for my family. Food prices were quite steep, especially the breakfast buffet at $42. Movie nights and live entertainment were nice touches. Our room had some maintenance issues like a broken fridge. Staff were nice but we faced long waits at the restaurant. Good resort overall but could improve on food value.

Our room was disappointing; it reeked of something foul, and the floors were dirty. Plus, trying to sleep was impossible with the loud outdoor movie blaring every night. Definitely not a relaxing getaway; I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The breathtaking views of the beach from our room truly enhanced our stay at this resort, making it feel like a little paradise while being just a few steps away from the beautiful Gulf shoreline; with plenty of activities on-site, including a lazy river and entertaining options for kids, it felt almost like a cruise ship experience where everything you need is right there. Plus, we were conveniently situated near several local dining options like The Bamboo Grill and the Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar, both within a short walk, and various attractions such as Pier Park and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, which were easily accessible. the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, but the view and convenience of the nearby attractions made up for it.

Transparency about cleaning policies was lacking, with misinformation regarding service days. Despite these challenges, the positives stand strong—beautiful scenery, kid-friendly activities, and a secure environment make for a memorable getaway. With attention to food and service consistency, it could be exceptional.

The room featured a comfortable bed, but the bedding was a bit thin. Temperature control fluctuated significantly; I found myself freezing at times. The balcony was a highlight, offering spectacular ocean and pool views. Noise from the hallway was slightly noticeable, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the amenities were well-maintained. the shower pressure could be stronger. The spacious layout made it easy to relax. There was enough storage space for our belongings, adding to the comfort. I'd recommend improvements in bedding and shower pressure.

The rooms are spacious and we had a full refrigerator, perfect for snacks. The beach is right outside and the pool is clean, kids had a blast with movie nights under the stars.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

The kids loved the splash pad and lazy river! We enjoyed the breathtaking views at sunrise and the friendly staff at the front desk.
Some areas are showing their age and the buffet is a wallet shredder.

Had a blast during Xmas at this hotel! Enjoyed the amenities like the heated pool and lazy river by the beach. Great live entertainment with Polynesian dancers and steel drum music. Amazing view of the beach from the balcony and easy access to the beach. A full-size fridge in the room was super convenient for storing snacks and drinks.
Only downside was the occasional cold lazy river. Some guests mentioned fast driving of the golf cart shuttle, which made them feel uneasy.

The pools and hot tub were clean and spacious, and the kids splash pad was a hit with children under 6, even though the water was too cold for prolonged enjoyment. The front desk staff and management provided excellent service, although the bar and restaurant staff were a bit indifferent. we did encounter some drawbacks during our stay. The maid service was inconsistent, requiring us to call for service on most days. security was a bit rude, unnecessarily stopping us to check our wristbands when coming off the beach with our children. we loved the location of the property and enjoyed the amenities on-site, including the pools, lazy river, and tiki bar. The breakfast buffet and omelet station were delightful, and there were always plenty of activities to keep us entertained. One area of improvement would be the need for blackout shades in the rooms to help with sleeping in during vacation. the pricing for the breakfast menu and bar food was a bit steep, and the elevator system was in need of repair.

While the resort had great amenities, clean rooms would’ve made it better. A pull-down shade would help extend sleep time, but overall, the memories made might just outweigh the headaches.

Loved the clean rooms with spectacular oceanfront views, plus the fabulous pool area with activities throughout the day and night. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach, ideal for easy access. Enjoyed the on-site restaurants and beach bar with delicious food options.
The wristbands were uncomfortable, and the hotel threatened to charge for replacements. The lazy river was a bit cold, affecting the overall enjoyment.

I indulged in fantastic outdoor mall shopping, tasted the most extra pizza ever, and had a blast with water activities. The pool deck was a dream, complete with a lazy river and SeaGlass Bar. The Escape Deck was my go-to for sunset views and relaxation.
Tried the infamous $44 buffet—kids couldn't even touch my plate! Despite my high expectations, the hotel's dinner fare and staff attitudes left me considering a career change.

The beach vibes were sick, pool area was chill, and lazy river had us floating all day. We caught Todd Allen's show, it was epic! Plus, free eats for kids - yass! Hotel's got game room with ping pong & foosball, so fun!
Wish they had more late-night activities for us party animals.

The resort was amazing with everything you need in one place, including a beautiful beach. I loved watching the evening entertainment from my balcony and the drinks at the beach bar were exceptionally good. I'll recommend this hotel.

stayed at holiday inn in pcb and we had a wonderful time. got an early check-in and enjoyed the beautiful beach and pools. the view from our 14th floor room was stunning. the resort offered everything we needed, including dining options, entertainment, and a store for essentials. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our first stay in pcb a memorable one. will definitely be back!

the holiday inn was so clean and comfy, and being right by the beach was amazing. the kiddie water park close by was a hit with the kids. the staff was super nice, and loved the convenient golf cart ride to the parking lot.

Although we chose the Holiday Inn mainly for its proximity to the Beach House of Gulf highlands, we were pleasantly surprised by the option to head straight down to the white-sand beach in front of the hotel. The abundance of lounge chairs for rent and vast space to spread out a towel made our beach days relaxing and enjoyable.
Entertainment after dinner was too loud.

From the moment I arrived at this beachfront hotel, I knew I made the right choice. The location was perfect, with the beach just steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The pools, lazy river, and water park provided endless fun, and the nightly movies and shows were a great way to unwind. The staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. With a full refrigerator in my room and easy access to on-site amenities, I didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. The experience was so enjoyable that I'm already planning my return visit as a happy foreign tourist.
At the outdoor restaurant/bar, the waiters were overwhelmed and had to cover a large area, resulting in long wait times for food.

The property offered stunning ocean views, a fantastic pool area with a lazy river that kept our kids entertained for hours. We enjoyed the Vegas Style Variety Show with Todd Allen and the outdoor poolside bar. Plus, the free dining for kids made meals a breeze!
For dads, it would be great to have earlier movie times for the kids.
